25th Anniversary Celebration November 2023
New Hope Clinic celebrated its 25th anniversary with an open house at its main clinic on Wednesday, November 1st. Attendees enjoyed clinic tours, live music, catered food, and games, along with an announcement of our plans to expand services through a new mobile health program.
Mike's Garage Band Fundraiser April 2023
Many thanks to Mike's Garage Band, Daniel Butler Comedy, Knights of Columbus at Sacred Heart Church, Schiano Development, Makai Brewing, Wallace Express, 2 Bros, and the St James Community for a fun and successful fundraiser on Sunday. Together we raised more than $8,000 to meet the health care needs of our community!

The St James Service Club had the honor to present grants from this fiscal year’s fundraising efforts to 21 Brunswick County Nonprofits and scholarships to 2 Brunswick County High School seniors. It was quite humbling to hear about the community support these nonprofits continuously give to Brunswick County. We cannot thank our St James Service Club members and the St James Plantation residents enough for your continued support to make these grants possible. When you support the Service Club, you in fact support the nonprofits of Brunswick County, where we all call home

National Wear Red Day for Heart Disease Awareness February 4th 2022

White Lotus Community Leadership Award presented on November 20th 2021
The White Lotus Flower stands for purity of the mind and spiritual perfection for humanity. Sheila Roberts, Executive Director of New Hope Clinic, was recognized by NC Project Lead and Countywide CDC, along with 11 other recipients, with a 2021 White Lotus Community Leadership Award for the frontline work done providing our community the best healthcare, public health education, and access to vaccines during the Covid-19 pandemic. Christy Bell, Sheila Roberts, Donna Valponi Brookhart and other volunteers attended a special event, with the keynote speaker of 16th US Surgeon General Dr. David Satcher, held at Thalian Hall on November 20th to honor these efforts. Congratulations to the team at New Hope Clinic!

Mike's Garage Band Benefit Concert Friday, October 29th 2021
Thanks to all that came out to the Mike's Garage Band benefit concert at Woodlands Park on Friday, October 29th. A great time was had by all. A BIG 'Thank You' to Mike's Garage Band for volunteering their time to entertain us all. Also, a BIG 'Thank You' to all the volunteers: Christy, Sue, Gene, Barb and Sheila. FREE Flu Shot Day at New Hope Clinic September 23rd 2021
A BIG thank you to the Walgreens Partnership and the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC). With their support, along with our amazing volunteers, we were able to give over 60 patients the flu vaccine.
Kiwanis Award for Excellence in Community Service July 15th 2021
New Hope Clinic was unanimously chosen by the Kiwanis Board of Directors as the recipient of Kiwanis Award for Excellence in Community Service. On July 15th 2021, New Hope Clinic was awarded the prestigious Kiwanis Award for Excellence in Community Service by President Steve Corbett. New Hope Clinic clearly epitomizes the Kiwanis award criteria by routinely demonstrating Character – Citizenship – Service – Accomplishments in the communities they serve.
